Relocating to Montana

   My wife and I are considering purchasing land in Montana in either the Red Lodge or Miles City area. We are looking for between 15 and 30 acres to build a home on. We need power to the lot. We are also looking for a small home (1000 to 1500) square feet in town to live in while we are building. After we have our home built, we will use it for visiting relatives or hopefully for my In Laws to eventually relocate as well. Additionally, we are looking to lease a small building downtown for a small business. We will also be looking for a contractor to assist us in building the home.

Any information you could send us concerning the town, land for sale, small home for sale, and reliable contractors would be great.
