Beartooth Run to the Sun's "Beat the Heat" Rod Rally

Join us for the Beat the Heat Rod Rally
Come-on down to Red Lodge for a Rockabilly good time and get a look at some of the hottest cars and coolest bikes around. Free admission to spectators. Events include a Poker Krooz, Parade & Taco Fiesta Dinner, & a Car/Bike Show Finale..

A portion of every dollar you spend at the Rally will go directly to the club’s chosen local children’s charity of the year. Have a great time while helping raise money for a worthy cause!

Registration is the day of the events. Stay tuned for updated information as it becomes available. Great people, great fun, and the always-great shopping and dining in Red Lodge make for an exciting weekend!

"Beat the Heat" Schedule of Events:
Poker Krooz - Register at the Red Lodge Civic Center parking lot on Oakes Avenue. Sign-up starts at 10am and the Krooz starts at 11am. Play a first hand for $20 and $10 for additionals. An informational map will guide you on this beautiful drive through Fishtail and Absarokee areas. A $10 BBQ lunch will be served at the Fishtail Town Park to benefit the Stillwater County Cancer Support Group. Please plan to return to Red Lodge by 4pm. The winners will be announced at the Elks Club in Red Lodge at 7 pm on Saturday night. You must be present to win.

Parade & Taco Fiesta Dinner - Registration and staging starts at 4pm at the Red Lodge Civic Center parking lot on Oakes Avenue with the parade beginning at 5pm. $10 per vehicle. The parade will proceed down Oakes Avenue, will turn right at the library, go south on Red Lodge's main street (Broadway), and back up Oakes Ave. ending up by the Elks Club in Red Lodge for a Taco Fiesta Dinner and the Poker Cruise Awards.

Car Show Finale - Register at the Red Lodge Civic Center parking lot on Oakes Avenue. Registration is from 10am - noon sharp. $20 per vehicle. The show is 10am - 3pm. Awards will be announced at 2pm. Vendors will be on grounds.

Beat the Heat Registration & Reservation Info:
There are numerous rooms reserved in Red Lodge for the Beat the Heat event. At the Beartooth Hideaway Inn mention you are there for the “Beat the Heat event” and recieve 10% off your room rate. You may register directly at the events. Sign-up for the entire rally or individually for each event. Registration will be available at all individual events for your convenience and assistance. Please download all details below for info and regs.
